FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF LABOR POTENTIAL OF THE BULGARIAN VILLAGE

Abstract.

The purpose of the article is to investigate the features of the formation and development of the labor potential of the Bulgarian village. The research methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the proposed study is a set of general and specialized historical methods. A comparative method was used to study the formation and transformation of the human resource potential of the Bulgarian village. Scientific novelty. The article reveals the essence and challenges of labor market formation in the system of agricultural commodity production in Bulgaria. The author investigated the influence of socio-economic and migration factors on the development of the agricultural sector of the Bulgarian economy. Thus, the need to improve the human resource development of rural areas was substantiated.

The issue of the use of labor resources in agricultural production in the new economic conditions that emerged during the transition to market relations is considered. The peculiarities of the transition of the Bulgarian agrarian sector to market relations are highlighted, which was accompanied by a socio-economic, demographic imbalance between the formation of labor potential and the development of rural areas of Bulgaria. The main problems of the effective use of rural labor resources are identified, which are associated, first of all, with the outflow of rural residents to the cities, low wages and social security, which was characteristic of the entire Bulgaria of the “Transition” period.

The study shows that the quality of the labor potential of rural areas is determined by the action of a set of factors: socio-economic, demographic, professional-qualification, scientific-technical and moral-value. The author also emphasized the need to revive and preserve the labor resources of the Bulgarian village as an integral part of the historical economic tradition of the Bulgarians.

Conclusions. The problem of studying the formation of the personnel supply system of the Bulgarian village is quite relevant in determining theoretical and practical approaches to solving the issue of using labor resources in rural areas.
